Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 Carr's Milling's share capital now consists of 8,374,286 ordinary shares of 25p each with voting rights. Carr's Milling holds 17,400 ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Carr's Milling is now therefore 8,356,886.
The above figure (8,356,886) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Carr's Milling under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
